Four Accountability Group Video Meetings: To ensure the participants are on top of their goals, we’ll be getting together with the whole group every 2 weeks for one-hour accountability sessions over zoom.
Monthly Health & Wellness Education Videos: These are around 20 min. videos with topics such as clean eating, healthy kitchen, bio-individuality, stress management, oxidative stress and inflammation, immune health, pros and cons of different diets, creating a healthy environment, nutrition 101, principles of digestion, etc.
Monthly Menu Plans: new menu plan & recipes every month → Follow up 45 min online session: 45 min personalized (online) session at the end of 10 weeks to evaluate the progress and discuss the next steps
